There was more real blood than fake blood in the pool by the time the Bloodfeast / Pool Party was over. The first guests were Sexy Paula Dean and some stoner dude in a Santa suit. “I TOLD you this wasn’t going to be a real bloodfeast,” she said, adjusting her tray of Krispy Kreme grilled cheeses. “This party is lame.” She was sitting by the side of the pool kicking the water when my brother and I came out of the shadows. Sexy Paula Dean and stoner Santa were both gone by the time the rest of the guests arrived.
