Fred Campagna was a TV meteorologist here in Providence who left ABC-6 a few months ago to start his own website, rightweather.net. I am really very fascinated by anyone who is this committed to telling people local weather conditions, especially in southern New England where nothing is ever really that severe in any one direction but everyone really likes to think they’re an expert about the weather all the time, anyway.
