— I know what Tom Morello is going for here but this is a really dumb way to describe one’s own songs and also is part/most of the reason why I’ve never been able to handle their music. (The one time I’ve ever genuinely liked music that Tom Morello made I was in high school and it was an Indigo Girls remix. Make of that what you will.)
