I just can’t help feeling that this plan to renovate America’s oldest shopping mall is the dumbest idea imaginable.  I mean at least they gave up on the idea of turning it into a box store or whatever the hell the last plan was.

($550 a month for no kitchen plus god knows what in parking fees is not really a deal in this city.)
